2026-2027 In Center Registration

2026-2027 Preschool Registration is now open! 

Please click the button below to complete your child(ren)'s enrollment.  

**You will need to return to this link to complete ONE form per child.**

​

  • Each student must have an updated immunization record submitted (email, fax, or hard copy) to complete registration (dated 1/2026 or newer).

 ​

  • The Registration form is a DocuSign document.  Once you complete the data entry, you will see your answers filled in on the King’s Town Registration form.  To review your form, just click “Next” throughout the document and you will be prompted to eSign at the end.  The document will be submitted directly to King’s Town electronically.  You will receive a “Thank you for your submission” screen once your Registration has been received. 

 

  • 4-Year-Old Class vs. Readiness Class (Curriculum learning begins in August)

    • 4-Year-Old Class – Students will work on numbers, counting, colors, letter recognition, sounds, and blends; writing, and reading using Abeka and LetterLand curriculum.

    • Readiness Class – The Readiness Class dynamic is fast-paced.  Readiness students learn two to three letters per week. They work on numbers, counting, colors, letter recognition, sounds and blends; writing, and reading using Abeka and LetterLand curriculum. Students registering for the Readiness Class will be evaluated for placement using end-of-year 3-year-old progress report and teacher feedback. Final placement decision will be made by Administration.

 

  • Graduating 4-Year-Old Students - King’s Town will have a decision about Summer School Age Care by 2/3/2026. 

 

  • Your child’s schedule should be considered confirmed UNLESS Mrs. Kelsey or Mrs. Angie contacts you directly.

2026-2027 Preschool Availability

Based on enrollment, we have the following spaces available for Public Registration on Tuesday, January 13, at 7:30 a.m. Registration will be LIVE on the King's Town homepage at 7:30 a.m.

​

  • Infant/Waddler/Toddler (under 12 months on 8/31/26) – 17 spaces

  • One Year Olds – 5 spaces

  • Two Year Olds – 4 spaces

  • Three Year Olds – 5 spaces

  • Four Year Olds – 10 spaces 

  • Readiness - FULL

 

Open House – Monday, January 12th, 2026 at 6 p.m.

King’s Town will have an Open House for all interested families on MONDAY, JANUARY 12th, 2026 at 6 p.m.

  • Parents should sign in with the contact information to be used on Tuesday to confirm registration.

  • We will meet in the gym to provide a brief program overview.

  • Parents will then have the opportunity to visit the classrooms and speak with members of our teaching staff. 

 

Registration Day - Tuesday, January 13th, 2026, beginning at 7:30 a.m. ONLINE

Public Registration is on a first come first serve basis. 

  • The Registration link will be live on the King’s Town website (www.kingstowncdc.com) by 7:30 a.m. The link will take you to a DocuSign registration form.

  • The form MUST be completed and submitted in order to count (this includes the financial information to be used for your registration fees). If your form is incomplete, we will move you to the Wait Pool.

  • You must complete ONE registration form per child you are registering. If you are registering multiple children, there is a link at the end of the form to start another registration form.

  • Once you have completed your registration form, King’s Town administrators will check for availability in the order in which the forms were received through DocuSign. 

  • A member of our Administration will call you to CONFIRM your registration and placement. PLEASE BE AVAILBLE AT THE PHONE NUMBER YOU PROVIDED AT OPEN HOUSE SO THAT WE CAN SECURE YOUR CHILD’S SPACE.  

  • A Welcome email will be sent to all confirmed new families by Thursday, January 15th, 2026.  This email will include instructions on accessing the King’s Town Parent Portal and submitting outstanding enrollment documents.

  • All confirmed new families will see the Registration Fees processed on Friday, January 16th, 2026.

  • When all the spaces are filled, we will remove the registration link.  All families that complete a registration form but are not able to secure a space will be automatically added to the 2026-2027 Wait Pool. 

 

Completing Enrollment

Once we have confirmed your registration, you will need to visit our website (www.kingstowncdc.com) and request access to the Parent Portal (upper right corner).  There you will have access to the 2026-2027 Operational Handbook, Calendar, Tuition Rates, and required Medical Forms. 

 

  • New Student Medical Report and Immunizations are due by Friday, February 13, 2026.  Once the required medical forms are completed and submitted, your child’s file will be complete.

Summer 2024 School Age Registration

Summer 2024 School Age Registration is now open!

Please click the button below to complete your child(ren)'s enrollment. 

**You will need to return to this link to complete ONE form per child.**

School Age space is limited to 30 students per month. 

2024-2025 King's Town Operational Policy Addendum

We have made several updates to our Operational Policies for the 2024-2025 Summer and School Year Sessions.  Each student enrolled for the 2024 Summer and the 2024-2025 School Year must have a signed Addendum in his or her file by May 30, 2024. Please use the link below to complete ONE addendum per student.

 

The policies included in this Addendum have been added to the 2024-2025 King's Town Child Development Center Operational Policies Handbook and are effective May 30, 2024.  An updated copy of the 2024-2025 King’s Town Operational Policies Handbook is available below in the Important Documents section.

 

Please have one parent/guardian complete ONE addendum PER enrolled student by May 30, 2024.  If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Angie or Mrs. Kelsey.
