2025-2026 Preschool Availability

Based on enrollment, we have the following spaces available for Public Registration on Friday, January 24, at 6:30 p.m. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. prompt.

 

• Infant/Waddler/Toddler (under 12 months on 8/31/25) – 3 spaces

• One Year Olds – 2 spaces

• Two Year Olds – 9 spaces

• Three Year Olds – 8 spaces

• Four Year Olds – 2 spaces (an additional classroom may be available based on demand, minimum 16 spaces)

• Readiness - FULL

 

Tours

Due to the high volume of new families interested in tours, we cannot safely offer Public Tours during our regular care hours. There will be NO public tours before Public Registration. In order to accommodate parents that have not been able to tour the facility, we will have classrooms open with teachers available for each age group Friday, January 24th during Registration.  We encourage parents to visit the classrooms for the ages their children will be enrolled in to chat with teachers and get a feel for the daily routine.

 

Registration Day

Public Registration is on a first come, first served basis. 

• A QR code will be available at the front door by 7:30 a.m.

• To secure your place in line, scan the QR code and complete the registration form.  The form MUST be completed and submitted in order to count. You must complete one registration form per child you are registering.

• You do not need to physically remain in line once you have submitted your registration form.  Just return Friday evening for the Open House and Registration.

• Doors will open promptly at 6:30 p.m. for Open House. Please proceed straight to our gymnasium so we can provide some general information about our facility and our program. 

• We will call parents by name in the order in which the registration forms were submitted. You MUST be present to confirm your registration and your child’s space and to collect a packet of information. ***If you are not present when your name is called, we will move on to the next person on the list and you will forfeit your space.

• Once you have confirmed your registration, we encourage you to check out our facility and visit the classrooms appropriate for your child’s age group.

 

Completing Enrollment

Once we have confirmed your registration, you will need to visit our website (www.kingstowncdc.com) and request access to the Parent Portal (upper right corner).  There you will have access to the 2025-2026 Operational Handbook, Calendar, Tuition Rates, and required Medical Forms. 

 

• New Student Medical Report and Immunizations are due by Friday, February 14, 2025.  Once the required medical forms are completed and submitted, your child’s file will be complete.
